Some councils are also assisting by subsidising costs in their regions.

It is at the discretion of each drop off location as to what prices they set. The drop off locations are charged by RCN for most items that they collect for recycling.
This is to cover labour, administration, some recycling charges and logistics costs.
We want this solution to be sustainable and that is why we have launched this project based on a user pays model.
